A Therapy Approach That’s Compassionate, Evidence-Based, and Individualized

Two people sit on the roof of a car, watching a sunset over a rural landscape with rolling hills and a few scattered trees.

My approach to therapy centers around the idea that no two people and no two situations are identical. I work collaboratively with my clients to come up with a personalized plan so that each individual that walks in can move forward towards their goals, in the way that feels right for them. I prioritize a personable and comfortable setting for every session and believe that individuals gain the most meaningful changes through therapeutic relationship based on trust.

My style of therapy tends to be insight oriented, strength-based, and solution focused. My job is not to sit back and be a sounding board, but rather help you identify obstacles and resolutions, challenge any counterproductive patterns, and offer alternate perspectives. When working with me, I try to make sure that by the end of each session, there is something new you can take away from it. Whether it is a different way to think about a situation or a new skill to implement into your life, I strive to provide you with what you need to feel confident and capable of handling what life throws at you.

Let’s work together to move through what feels “unchangeable” and help you find clarity and hope in your next chapter.
