Therapy for ADHD
"Why do I know what to do but can't get myself to do it?"
"Do I actually have ADHD or is it anxiety?"
"I'm successful, so why does everything feel so hard?"
If you’ve ever had these thoughts, you might benefit from working with me. I’m passionate about working with adults, young adults, and teens (15+) with ADHD.
I know ADHD is about so much more than being distracted or forgetful… It can affect relationships, work, school, self-esteem, motivation, productivity and the way you move through everyday life. Living with ADHD can often feel like you're working twice as hard just to keep up. Whether you're struggling with focus, organization, emotional regulation, procrastination, or constantly feeling overwhelmed, therapy can help you make sense of the patterns behind those challenges.
I utilize a strength-based, solution-focused, neurodiversity-affirming approach, helping clients better understand how their brain works while developing practical strategies that fit their unique lives.
Rather than focusing on what you "should" be doing, we'll identify what's getting in the way, build on what's already working, and create sustainable systems that actually work. We will find ways to take what feels like your weakness, and turn it into your super power.
My goal is to help you spend less time feeling overwhelmed or frustrated and more time feeling confident and capable in your daily life.
