  • Mood and Mind Counseling is a self pay practice, meaning I am not in-network with any insurance companies and all session payments must be made by the client at the time of service.

    However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network provider coverage. I can provide you with the necessary documentation at the end of each month for you to for you to submit to your insurance company for any potential reimbursement.

  • $155 per individual therapy session

  • Yes! I offer in-person sessions at my office in St. Petersburg/South Pasadena. I also offer virtual sessions to anyone located in Florida who would like to meet online.

  • My office is on Pasadena Avenue in South Pasadena, FL — physically located within walking distance of the St. Petersburg city line. I see clients from all across Florida and the greater Saint Petersburg area:

    • South Pasadena & Pasadena Isles

    • St. Petersburg — Downtown, Historic Old Northeast, Historic Kenwood, Grand Central, Snell Isle, Coquina Key

  • You are welcome to cancel any session free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Any session canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged a cancelation fee of 100%.
