How I Can Help

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and move toward the life you want to build. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, ADHD or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change.

Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your coping tools, and help you reconnect with your values, strengths, and sense of self. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Therapy For ADHD

Living with ADHD can often feel like you're working twice as hard just to keep up. Whether you're struggling with focus, organization, emotional regulation, procrastination, or constantly feeling overwhelmed, therapy can help you make sense of the patterns behind those challenges.

ADHD therapy provides a space to better understand how your brain works, navigate challenges with focus, organization, motivation, emotional regulation, and self-esteem, and build strategies that actually fit your life.

Together, we'll work to reduce overwhelm, identify your strengths, and create sustainable tools that support your goals. Rather than trying to force yourself into systems that don't work, we'll focus on finding approaches that help you thrive as you are.

Consultation Call

Finding the right therapist is important, and it's okay to have questions before getting started. It can be scary to start working with a therapist, and this can help that step feel less overwhelming.

A free 15-minute consultation offers an opportunity for us to briefly connect, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore whether we're a good fit. You'll have space to ask questions about my approach, the therapy process, and what support might look like for you. I believe that the most meaningful and impact therapy comes from a strong therapeutic relationship.

There is no pressure or commitment, just a chance to take the first step and then see if working together feels right.

  • Schedule a Free 15-Minute Consultation

We'll start with a complimentary phone consultation to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether we're a good fit to work together.

  • Schedule Your First Appointment

If we both feel like it's a good fit, we'll schedule your first therapy session during the consultation call and discuss next steps.

Before your first appointment, you'll receive an intake packet via email. These forms help me get a better understanding of your background and ensure we can make the most of our time together.

  • Attend Your First Session

Our first session is focused on getting to know you as a whole person. We'll explore your current challenges, discuss what's bringing you to therapy, and begin identifying goals and priorities for our work together. I’ll gain the opportunity to get the holistic picture of you as an individual and what has contributed to the person you are today.

Together, we'll develop a personalized roadmap for therapy, identifying meaningful goals and practical steps to help you move toward the changes you're seeking.

  • Continue the Work

At the end of our first session, we'll schedule your next appointment so we can continue building on what we've started. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll move at a pace that feels supportive, intentional, and aligned with your needs.

Our sessions will be a comfortable and non judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I will show up in an authentic manner and will provide a professional and genuine approach as we get to work together.
